Sky Valley Zip Tours: Ziplining in the Mountains of NC for Families, Friends & Fun-Loving Groups

Just outside of downtown Blowing Rock, Sky Valley Zip Tours brings the thrill of mountain adventure to families, couples, and groups looking for something unforgettable. Since 2012, we’ve helped thousands of guests experience the forest canopy in a fun and adventurous time with a whole lot of laughter.

The Most Fun You'll Have in the Trees—Guaranteed

We’re not just about speed and views (though we’ve got plenty of both). We’re about bold memories made in the Blue Ridge Mountains, where every zip is supported by trained guides, every laugh echoes through the forest, and every moment is yours to own.

Built for All Ages. Backed by Experience.

Our motto is “Challenge by Choice.” That means you zip at your comfort level—with full support every step of the way. All tours are led by trained guides trained in zipline operations, first aid, and making you feel like a rockstar. You’re never rushed. You’re always encouraged. And if you need a little boost of bravery? That’s what we’re here for.

This isn’t your average thrill park. Sky Valley Zip Tours sits on a stunning 140-acre property just minutes from Boone and Blowing Rock. The course takes you through lush forest, across a hidden waterfall, and out to views that stretch over the ridgelines. Oh, and did we mention “Big Momma”? She's our longest and fastest zip—everyone’s favorite.
