COVID-19 Acknowledgement and Protocols:

Sky Valley Zip Tours’ management and staff are very excited to see you!  However, we do take the risk of exposure to COVID-19 with the utmost seriousness.  Although we cannot guarantee you or your family or friends won’t be exposed to COVID-19 or any other infectious disease while on our property, we are committed to following the required sanitation and personal protection equipment protocols as provided to us from the local, state and federal authorities.

Please review and acknowledge these additional steps so that you can be prepared and know what to expect as we work to do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19.

GENERAL HEALTH PROTOCOLS

The following are some representative examples of some of the recommendations and protocols we may be utilizing. These procedures may be changed or altered by management without advance notice depending upon the changing conditions and other public health advice. 

  • FACE COVERINGS – All employees and guests are required to wear face coverings while at Sky Valley Zip Tours and throughout their zip line tour. You are welcome to provide your own as long as it is compatible with CDC recommendations and our equipment. If you don’t bring one, we will have them available at our store.
  • HANDS FREE PAYMENT and WAIVERS – We will be utilizing touch-free/contactless payment options and advanced reservations are required; no paper cash will be exchanged. Paper participant waivers are not currently available for walk-up use. Please have everyone in your group follow the link in your confirmation email. Please feel free to call the office if you have any issues or questions at (828) 264-0002.
  • SMALLER TOURS AND PRIVATE OPTIONS – We have reduced tour sizes to allow for more social space. We are offering private family/travel groups upon request. Call our office for information to book an exclusive tour at (828) 264-0002.
  • FEVER FREE ZONE – We may utilize touch free thermostats to take all staff and guest temperatures upon arrival, and will not admit anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or greater.
  • NOT FEELING WELL? Guests who are exhibiting symptoms will be asked to reschedule and will not be allowed admittance to park.
    • Symptoms include one or more of the following:
      • Fever
      • Cough
      • Sore throat
      • Loss of sense of taste or smell
      • Shortness of breath
